50 Cent Disagrees w/ Kanye West

There's a big surprise. Look at the caliber of lyrics 50 puts forth - all the satus quo, stereotypical bullsh*t that the government would rather have everyone believe about black people and hip hop anyway. He's string cheese. (Ever wonder why the most academically ept, successful states are typically *not* Republican?) Of course he's going to disagree with a guy that's actually saying something positive, trying to change the default images of rappers from those idiots with clothes big enough to fit fat albert, talking about guns and drugs to brothas actually trying to look presentable and talking about societal issues. I, personally, thought hip hop was supposed to be about glorifying the victory over adverse circumstances, not glorifying the adverse circumstances themselves. Everybody has been through some sh*t in their lives. Who cares? Tell me where you're going in spite of all of that. Cuz, the "look at me, whoa-is-me, I'm hard cuz I've been shot" attitude is vain. I don't mind you being grateful and proud of how far you've come. But tell me what you're going to do with your success.
